IN ALL CASES A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER MUST ISSUED BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT(S) - THIS CAN BE REQUESTED BY PHONE 0870 224 1891 OR BY EMAIL support@pciho.com PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION WILL BE RETURNED OR REFUSED ON DELIVERY.

We offer refunds if the goods are returned in their unopened state within 14 (21 for USA) days of purchase for non faulty goods* and faulty goods**

We do not offer refunds after this period (unless pre-agreed), but may offer an exchange service

*Non faulty goods / Change of mind
We gladly accept returns if the goods can be resold as new! Distance Selling Regulations 2000 apply.

There will be a handling charge of £3.00 including VAT that will be levied against your refund.
Non Faulty goods must be returned within 14 (21 for USA) days in their unopened/unused state. Receipt of products after this time may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Posting and insuring the goods (Faulty goods Only)

We will only pay the standard mail charge refund, and not the recorded portion, it's your obligation to insure it ifs its high value

Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of the item being returned into our possession. We disclaim all responsibility for items lost in transit back to us, that where NOT sent recorded

If you have ordered the wrong product and you have damaged the packaging a refund will be denied and the item will be returned to you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back with us - this may mean paying the additional amount for recorded post.
